Chiidoku Character Tier List
Equip a face you can stand for 400 levels. It still occupies one cell.
Ranking rule: readability over rarity
The official shop sells characters you unlock with coins. The engine does not care which face sits on the token. Your eyes do. A high-contrast mascot on a mint region is easier to track than a pastel-on-pastel smear. That is the only “performance” we will claim.
S — Default / high-contrast white mascot. The official icon face (round white head, pink cheeks, readable outline) stays S. You already own a version of it. It pops on yellow, blue, green, and purple tiles. If you never open the shop, you are still in S.
A — Distinct palette swaps you actually like. If the shop offers a face with a stronger outline, unique ear shape, or a color that does not vanish on one region, it is A. Buy it because you want it on the board for a month, not because a list yelled.
B — Cute but camouflaged. Faces that blend into yellow or mint tiles drop to B. They are fine in the lobby. They hide during Scan A when you are counting closed regions. If you mis-count because you lost the token in the color, the cosmetic just cost a heart.
C — Panic buys and duplicates. Anything you purchased after a failed infinite streak to “change luck” is C. Luck is a closed column. See how to solve.
We are not inventing a 20-row Chiikawa species table the shop has not shown us. When you unlock a named face, slot it into A or B using the readability test, then log it on your own roster next to character unlocks. The chiikawa roster page explains why we refuse a fake species meta.
How to use this list in the shop
- Play a board with the default face. If you can track every token, you do not need to spend.
- If you still want a new face, screenshot the shop item on a busy colored grid if the preview allows it.
- Ask: will I lose this token on yellow? On mint? If yes, it is B even if it is expensive.
- Spend coins from dailies, not from a Robux panic.
- Equip one face. Do not rotate every board. Your scan uses recognition. Rotating costumes slows Scan A.
Collection versus campaign
Completing the shop is a hobby. Completing 400 levels is the game. If those hobbies fight, the campaign wins. Coins are slower than they look once you stop guessing; read how to get coins before you “finish the album” in a weekend.
Passes do not belong on this page. Heart + 1 and 2x Rewards are money. Characters are stickers.
Trading and showing off
Chiidoku is not a trading title in the listing we reviewed. Do not pay extra coins because a lobby stranger “needs” a face. They cannot place on your board anyway. A 50-player server is a waiting room with emotes.
If trading is added, we will downgrade any face that becomes a currency and say so on updates. Until then, ignore flex.
Re-ranks
A new outline, a color-blind mode, or a token that is larger on the cell could move ranks. None of those were listed on 29 August 2026. Default white mascot remains the honest S-tier because it is free and readable.
Pair this page with the tier list hub warning: no DPS. Then go place a forced cell.
A note on sparkles and shop order
New rows often sit at the top of a Roblox shop because they are new, not because they are better. Ignore order. Ignore particle frames. Look at the outline on a yellow cell. If you cannot do that in the preview, buy nothing until you can test on a live board and refund is not a plan.
If you already bought a camouflaged face, keep it for lobby photos and switch to default for late campaign. That is not wasting coins. That is using two tools for two jobs.
Revisit this list after patch notes mention a palette change. Pastel shifts can move a face from A to B overnight without touching uniqueness.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common Chiidoku questions.
Who is the best character in Chiidoku?
The most readable face you already own, usually the default mascot. No character changes legality.
Should I save coins for a rumored secret face?
Save if you like saving. Do not stall unlocks you already enjoy based on rumor.
Why is my favorite face in B?
It probably camouflages on a common region color. Equip it anyway if joy beats scan speed.
Do codes give exclusive characters?
None confirmed. Watch the codes hub.
